Last night he was having a late night meal with a friend after a long day of working/speaking on Social Media … again.

Tooth Fairy

While daddy was working late I was having a big event. I lost my first tooth.

Mommy sent him a text message to let him know. I wonder how mommies and daddies used to tell each other their kids lost a tooth. Mail? Telegraph. Morse Code. Dit dit dot dit dot dit dot dot dot dit dit => means nothing. But it sounds funny when you say it out loud. And if you say it real loud, well, maybe a tooth will fall out.

Daddy told his friend about my lost tooth.

“How much do tooth fairies get these days?”

“Good question. Mia gets about $2-3. Enough to buy a new game on her iPad.”

“I used to get a quarter for my teeth.”

“I used to be able to bowl a complete game for a quarter. Now it costs twice that per frame! Tyler’s wife gave their daughter $20 for a tooth. I wanted to knock all my teeth out and go sleep at his house.”

I wonder, if I can get the price of a new game on iPad for my tooth, how much can the tooth fairy get?
