Hi-tech Vacation Bible School

My Vacation Bible School teachers are no dummies. Especially Tee Tee. She’s in her last year of high school. Chr Chr is still young.

They took really good care of me. Said nice things to my mommy and daddy when they picked me up the last day.  He he he …

But not only did they do a good job of teaching me they had a good idea, too.

On the last day, they gave my daddy and mommy their phone numbers and said, “If you need a baby sitter, please call.”

It just so happens that my daddy is going on a cruise for a week to teach old goats about so so me dial. (Ed. Social Media).

And mommy has to work.

Maybe, just maybe, Tee Tee will come be with me during the week while mommy works. That’d be cool.

Daddy says these girls did ‘it’ right.

They proved their worth as a volunteer.

They showed they can do a good job = made me happy!

They took advantage of an opportunity to serve that turned into a paying giggle. (Ed: gig)

Maybe that’s what ‘it’ means to take turns. (Ed: be an intern)

Get in, get loved, do well and get invited to stay for pay.

Daddy says these girls could teach a great lesson in an MBA program.

And I can teach them ABCs and DEFs and HIJs and and and…

Talk to Bill and others about their experiences raising bi-cultural Japanese-American kids.
