Bill Belew has raised 2 bi-cultural kids, now 34 and 30. And he and his wife are now parenting a 3rd, Mia, who is 8.

At one point, India had four Miss World winners in seven years.

1994 Aishwarya Rai India

However, it has been an eight-year drought since.

Here are some of the front runners for the Miss World 2009 pageant going on in Johannesburg, South Africa. The final will be held on Dec. 12th. There are 120 contestants this year.
