Question – What are the criteria for whether or not a blog network will have you?
Answer: It’s the same for whether or not a prospective employer will hire you.
Not a few people go into interviews wanting to know about the health care benefits, the holidays and working hours and such things. In short, the interviewer wants to know what’s in it for them in the new position.
When I counsel folk going into a blog, um, job interview, I tell them to make a point of letting the prospective employer what it is they have to offer to the company, what it is they have to bring to the table to make the company a better place, how they can serve in the new position. Don’t ask what you are going to get, rather offer up how you can make things better.
