Bill Belew has raised 2 bi-cultural kids, now 34 and 30. And he and his wife are now parenting a 3rd, Mia, who is 8.
My daddy might have the best job in the world … or at least something close to it.
This web site is asking the question, “Is this the best job of all time?“
They are looking for a professional blogger to travel the world to some 40+ countries and leave each of the countries a little bit better than the way they found it. My daddy is a professional blogger. You can take a test to see if you have what it takes to be a pro blogger.
In addition to all expenses paid for the year for travel … there is a $100K salary. That’s probably a lot of money.
My daddy showed me a video of a guy doing a silly dance all over the world. But I think he paid for it himself and then somebody gave him some money afterwards because a a million million people watched his video. I think that’s a lot of people.
I am building a blog here about growing up biculturally. I don’t know if I will make money or become famous or get sent around the world.
I don’t even know how much money is a lot. Or how many people need to know me before I come famous. I do know that growing up biculturally is preparing me to be able to spend time in more than one country. And when I can do that, I will have a lot of opportunities to other things.
Like doing a silly dance or writing about everywhere in the world… about making the world a better place because I spent time here. That’s what I really want … for people to be happy and better off because at some point in their life they met me.
