Made in China means cheap…as in economical…but also cheap in quality, too, for that matter.
‘Made in China’ cars will soon have that discount price to go with them.
Here are five reasons why:
1. It’s the end of the year. Every car company wants to post their best annual sales figures.
2. China has turned out on average 10 new car models each month this year. A glut of car types will lead to price competition.
3. That same glut of NEW cars will lead dealers to do their darndest to get rid of old models….at bargain prices.
4. On-Board Dynamics – OBD – is a system that controls engine functions and diagnoses engine trouble. Dealers want to sell cars without the OBD before they become mandatory this month in Beijing and next month in Guangzhou.
Ah, price wars…for cars…how long has it been since that happened in the U.S?
At any rate, it’s good news for the new car customer in China, no?
What do you think?
