Mommy and daddy are saying the real estate market is really hot right now.

I don’t know what that means.

House prices are going up and up and up.

Hmmm… I wonder how much I can get if I rent out my room and sleep with mommy and daddy each night.

I could get a lot of iPad mini games maybe.

My tooth fell out. And the tooth fairy brought me $8. I am still learning about pennies in kindergarten. I think $8 is more than 8 pennies.

Daddy says I can get 4 iPad mini games. That I can understand.

But, while I was getting $8 for my tooth, daddy says the value of our house went up $7,000! That’s about 3,000 games. That means I can buy 5 games every day until I turn 6 … which is sometime in the future, after mommy’s birthday, after Disney World, after Thanksgiving and after Christmas.

We little people have to think of creative ways to measure time.

We live in a valley made out of plastic. (Ed. Silicon Valley). And lots and lots of people are making lots and lots of money and lots and lots of people are moving here hoping they can make a lot of money.

And if there is not enough places to move to, then the few places there will cost more.

Not enough supply for the demand says mommy.

That means I can get more games for my room rent money.

Mommy, can I sleep with you guys tonight? And tomorrow? And the next day and the next … ?
