You can take venture capital. You can get a loan. You can bootstrap. You can pay people on commission. You can outsource everything. You can hire full-timers. You can do contractors. And and and … the more variables you have, the more combinations you have of those variables, not to mention the personality types of the key founders.
There doesn’t seem to be a lot of wisdom in the statement that there is no one right way to build a business.
There does seem to be a lot of foolishness in the statement that there is a formula that all businesses must follow to succeed … says daddy.
As for me … I am the business of being a kindergartner. And I know there are a lot of ways to do that.
