When do Parents Need a Time Out? | How to Carry a Child Safely … not!

My daddy gives me piggy back rides. And horseback rides. And sometimes he carries me in  his arms like a baby. And sometimes like a Koala Bear.

My daddy is cool like that.

I came across another way to carry a baby that I wouldn’t have thought of.

“Mommy. I can’t breathe…”

“Quiet! Hey! I am on my way to Walmart. What are you doing today?”

”  …. ”

“Yeah. They got a sale on ice cream sandwiches and Oreos. Petey here loves them Oreos.”

” ….”

“Nope. He won’t eat too many. I see to that.”

” ….”

“Yeah, he’s getting bigger and bigger by the day. Funny. No matter how much bigger he gets I don’t even notice.”

” …. ”

“Yeah. Yeah. I have a great car seat for him. We picked it up at the junk yard for real cheap. I don’t want my baby to be harmed, you know.”

“…. ”

“We’re gonna have biscuits and homemade gravy and mashed potatoes for dinner tonight. Wanna join us?

” … ”

“Oh and the ice cream and Oreos I am headed out for now. If they last till dinner time. He he he …”
