Daddy is a businessman

Daddy is a businessman

My  Dad is a business man – Dad. One of the few lessons he has taught me is about Integrity.Integrity is the  DNA of a successful business. As famous Warren Buffet mentions one can afford to loose money or investments for the short time, but cannot afford to loose integrity. You loose integrity , you have Lost everything.  A few years back when I had a start up in my native country , I carried forward this mantra. It had made my life simpler. Second Lesson, that my dad has taught me ,  is keeping THINGS  SIMPLE.Too often people thinks of businesses as some complex UNIT. As I quote Richard Branson that if you cannot convey your business plan/ idea at the back of a cocktail napkin there is going to be problems. Couldn’t agree more. Of course, as the business grow and become really BIG , than it is.

Talk to Bill and others about their experiences raising bi-cultural Japanese-American kids.
