My mommy and daddy are sending me to a school that works hard to teach me how to read and write.
Maybe when I grow up I can become a reader and writer for a professional web site.
Daddy says that he heard a long time ago that one of the best ways to learn how to read and write was to copy other good reader and writers.
He means to copy them word for word, rewrite, feel how the pros, the really good guys do it.
But what happens when the pros don’t get it right?
And how is a little girl supposed to know?
One of daddy’s favorite sites is Sports Illustrated. They teamed up with CNN. It might be said that these two sites are tops in their field.
CNN is the most watched/read news station/site in the world. And Sports Illustrated is number one … at least in the United States. They get lots of visits from Daddy when he checks baseball and football scores.
But even the number ones can’t get it right.
