Bill Belew has raised 2 bi-cultural kids, now 34 and 30. And he and his wife are now parenting a 3rd, Mia, who is 8.
Jackie Chan, Zhang Ziyi, Stephanie Sun and Lee-Him Wang are combining their considerable skills…at singing…to make a song that will be the theme song on the soundtrack for a new movie “The One.”
“The One” is a movie about China’s first Olympian, Liu Changchun, and his struggle against Japanese invaders to represent the country at the 1932 Summer Olympics.
Each of the four stars will represent a different aspect of China –
Hong Kong – Jackie Chan
Taiwan – Lee-Hom Wang
Mainland – Zhang Ziyi
Overseas Chinese – Stephanie Sun, from Singapore.
The musical score is called “Stand Up.”
The movie will be released next month.
It seems to me the Chinese, the movie is supported by BOCOG (Beijing Organizing Committee for the Olympic Games), are hitting several fronts.
1. Japan’s aggression versus the country between the two wars.
2. Taiwan’s place in the big scheme of things
3. Timing it pre-Olympic
It’s China’s Olympics. I reckon they can do anything they want. But, how much of a party would it be if nobody showed up?

Hi,
Great stuff…
Have you promoted this blog on Fast Pitch!(www.fastpitchnetworking.com)? It’s an online business network that has as one of it’s features a way to promote your blog to their audience of small business owners. FP was actually just named Website of The Week by MSNBC’s ‘Your Business’ show for small business owners.
If you’re already on another network (LinkedIn, etc.) – no problem. Fast Pitch! takes a completely different approach. Compare Networks: http://www.fastpitchnetworking.com/comapre.cfm
Keep up the good work!
