Snow White's Personality

Snow White’s Personality

Snow White is one of my favorites. My daddy wears a Grumpy t-shirt that I bought him. My daddy will wear anything I buy him.

Snow White was a HUGE risk for Walt Disney. He made $30,000 guaranteed for each cartoon short they made. The budget for Snow White was over $1.5 million!

Walt Disney said, “We did not know whether the public would go for a cartoon feature, but we were darned sure that audience would not buy a bad cartoon feature.”

Wow! Instead of working the safe zone, staying within the budget, they decided to make the best product they could.

2. No compromise on talent – they found it as far north as Silicon Valley.

3. No compromise on time – they took the necessary time to make the product.

The fourth is Walt Disney, the visionary and leader. Somebody has to be far enough out front to pull the rest along.

It seems that big dreams are accomplished when people dream big, act big and let the consequences fall where they will.
