Bill Belew has raised 2 bi-cultural kids, now 34 and 30. And he and his wife are now parenting a 3rd, Mia, who is 8.
There’s a very important element that is needed if you want to change people’s lives.
Walt Disney changed the lives, or at least influence a LOT of people’s lives.
That ingredient – you need people.
Walt Disney said, “You can dream, create, design and build the most wonderful place in the world, but it requires people to make the dream a reality.”
This quote can go two ways – you need people to build the dreams, and you need people to live out the dreams.
The short of it is, you need people to change the world.
I am still little, but I know now that I have to get along with people in the world. I cannot go it alone. I will need the help of people to make any significant impact on people.

I need people to work alongside me; I need people to influence, and I need people who’s lives I touch to come into contact and effect those around them.
The short is – if you want to make a difference in the world, you have to do it with and for people.
