Rock Star Dads their lives

Rock Star Dads their lives

Being a rockstar dad demands a person to devote a lot of attention, time and energy for the sake of the family and the members of the family in order for him to build trust and gain respect from all the members of the family and their extended families including friends and the general society as a whole. It is extremely important to maintain such key relationships among family members and also listening to their problems and fixing those problems as they crop up during discussion, debates and disputes in the family.

In many cases, the energy and the effort that one puts in this exercise is really worth the investment because that is what counts not even the money that you bring to the table and the luxury and comfort that you provide to the family members. One’s sacrifices for the sake of the family is really crucial because life is full of tough choices and these are the little things that one has to compromise on and make it best for each of the family members even though the outcome may not be the best for you but its best for the family.  This what is referred to as karma and eventually what goes around comes around and the seeds you sow to nurture the family is really critical and pays rich dividends at a later point in life.

Being a successful father you must understand the art of compromise and give and take because that is what life is made of and that is the whole point, you have to sacrifice your ego keeping in mind the greater interest of the family otherwise things will fall apart and would become increasingly difficult for you to manage these dynamic changes within the family.  As a dad you have to carefully navigate through tough situations that might arise financially or socially keeping in mind the best interests of your family in mind and be the provider for the members of your family to the best of your talents and cater to their basic needs and aspirations and therefore one must take these tough decisions.

You must also have the caliber in order for you to navigate through human relationships and those tough circumstances which is very important and therefore you must always keep the interest of the family in mind in order to  ensure that you are successful.  These dads also treat their kids with the utmost love, care and affection and be respectful of who they are as an individual instead of this constant comparison with others.  Be there friends when they most need you and not develop this communication lag between members of the family and support each other through tough times and stand up for what is right and what is wrong and correct members when required so that they do not go out of line in a stressful situation.

Also when kids are young it is important for the father to discipline them and use the stick if that is the language which they understand and you must speak in a language that they understand and not be out of sync with what they are thinking and feeling and you as a father must be able understand this innate emotions and be the vent if need be for them to let go of their emotions and let them not go to any outsider and cry out instead of you being there for them.  Many of these rock star dads are very good at handling their egos and don’t fight in front of their family members and friends.
