I am new to the sports movie thing. My daddy is not. He’s been around for a while. He he he.

Favorite Sports Movie

It’s hard to decide which movie is my favorite but I really liked the movie LEAP.

It’s about an orphan girl who dreams of becoming a ballerina. She runs away from the countryside and heads for Paris. She disguises herself and eventually becomes a pupil at the Grand Opera house.

Dancing is not a sport? Maybe tell that to a dancer. Anybody from anywhere can see their dreams come true with a lot of effort and sometimes a bit of luck.

Sport Movies Makes My Daddy Do Funny Noises

My daddy is a Rocky (dun dun de dun, dun de dun dun de dun) nut. Stop it daddy! He always makes those funny noises when he hears the name Rocky.

Daddy says that even one of the Presidents doesn’t know that Rocky is not a real person. When Sylvester Stallone visited the White House he kept getting called ‘Rocky.’

My name is, “Sly.”

The President looked bewildered.

Rocky, er, Sly Stallone is back in Creed II.

Synopsis:

Life has become a balancing act for Adonis Creed. Between personal obligations and training for his next big fight, he is up against the challenge of his life. Facing an opponent with ties to his family’s past only intensifies his impending battle in the ring. Rocky Balboa is there by his side through it all and, together, Rocky and Adonis will confront their shared legacy, question what’s worth fighting for, and discover that nothing’s more important than family. Creed II is about going back to basics to rediscover what made you a champion in the first place, and remembering that, no matter where you go, you can’t escape your history.  The film releases in theaters on Wednesday, November 21.
