Angelina Jolie hasn’t spread enough good will in India or caused enough of an uproar when her bodyguards were accused of smacking children out of the way.

The 31-year old star made a surprise trip to Cambodia to see about saving a forest or two.

Seriously. Jolie promised $1.3 million, she didn’t say whose, over five years for a forest conservation program approved by the Cambodian government three years ago, but not acted upon.

What a worthy goal…to save a forest in Cambodia.

Jolie’s adopted son, Maddox, is from Cambodia.

Perhaps they will name the forest after the little tike.
